FUSION

FUSION Dance Company is composed of experienced dancers in the 7th-12th grade who specialize in hip hop dance and choreography. Through hard work and practice, its members excel in providing high-energy performances packed with innovative style and attitude that is sure to keep their audience on the edge of their seats. The group travels, performs, and competes throughout the Chicagoland area year round, re-auditioning annually in early June. FUSION practices twice per week and the company members are required to take an advanced hip hop class to improve dance ability. The company is open to anyone who has a passion for dance and is an experienced hip hop dancer. Each FUSION performance is guaranteed to be power-packed and full of life.
The 7th and 8th graders have their own rehearsal and their own piece of choreography. Additionally, they rehearse with the high school dancers and have the opportunity to be in a combined dance with the older girls. FUSION 7th and 8th graders rehearse on Thursdays from 6:30-8:30pm and occasionally have additional rehearsals on Sundays.

The high school dancers  have their own rehearsal and their own piece of choreography. Additionally, they have the opportunity to be placed in our guest choreographer’s piece. FUSION high school dancers rehearse on Thursdays from 7:30-9:30pm and occasionally have additional rehearsals on Sundays.
