What we collect
When a parent or guardian fills out a form on this website, we collect the parent or guardian’s name, phone number, email address, the child’s age and the program of interest. When a family enrolls, we also collect the information needed to run classes safely, such as emergency contacts and any medical notes the parent chooses to share.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to you about classes, confirm enrollment and send enrollment updates. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it outside the service providers that help us run the studio.
Text messages
If you check the text message box on one of our forms, we may text you about classes, enrollment and schedule updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of enrollment or purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Children
This website is meant for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
Photos and video
We sometimes photograph or film classes and performances for studio use. If you prefer that your dancer not appear, tell us in writing and we will honor your request.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your family’s information at any time by phone or email.
