Agreement

This website is operated by FUSION Dance Company dba Studio18 Chicago, 2577 Waukegan Road, Bannockburn, IL 60015. By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

Enrollment

Studio18 Chicago does not offer free or paid trial classes. Daytime drop-off preschool (ages 2½ to 4½) runs in 12-week sessions with rolling enrollment. Other programs follow a trimester commitment, with three trimesters a year.

Tuition, session dates and studio policies are provided at enrollment and form part of the enrollment agreement. Class times and instructors may change when needed.

Safety and conduct

Dance involves physical activity and a risk of injury. Parents are responsible for telling us about any medical condition that affects participation. Students and families are expected to treat teachers, staff and other dancers with respect, and we may ask anyone who does not to leave.

Families opt in by checking the text message box on a form on this website. FUSION Dance Company dba Studio18 Chicago will send text messages with replies to class inquiries, enrollment updates, class reminders and schedule changes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
